Our Family History Services

It may be that you just want to find details of a single event, perhaps a baptism or marriage, but it may be that you are looking to trace a line of your family tree from an event that you know took place in Hampshire or one of the surrounding counties. However, big or small the task we are here to help you with your genealogy research.

The records we will utilise will include Church registers for christenings, marriages, banns and burials (1539-2000), Monumental Inscriptions, National Civil Registration Indexes (1837-2005), National Census Returns 1841/51/61/71/81/91 & 1901), Wills and the National Probate Index, Trade Directories, Local History books and the wealth of archives held by the County Record Offices.

We can also photograph where your ancestors lived or went to school and the church where they were christened, married or buried.

The more information you are able to give about your family history at the outset the better as this will be the basis from which we will commence our search, so we suggest that you talk with other family members to obtain as many snippets of your family ancestry as possible.

We will keep you regularly up-dated on the research progress by e-mail or letter, and on completion will forward a full report with back-up, and our suggestions for further research.

If our services are of interest please contact us with an outline of your requirements to enable us to give you an indication of the costs involved. We do hope that we can help with your family history research.
